Past Accomplishments

Armando holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is a virtuoso when it comes to Customer Engagements and Customer Experiences. This comes from over 30 years of savviness in launching, managing and growing Contact Centers, frequently launching from the ground up, solving complex problems, and growing the businesses. Starting as an entry level employee, he quickly realized that this industry was his calling, so he began to make his way up the corporate ladder. From a call center agent, he quickly went on to manage cross-functional departments, building, growing, and managing contact centers around the world. Armando attributes his success to his deep understanding of each business unit’s functions, allowing him to identify the right people for the right roles.

He became a firm believer that recruitment is a company’s first line of defense. It’s this belief that led him to dedicate ten years of his professional career to innovating talent strategies that attract and retain top talents by building and managing high-performing end-to-end talent acquisition teams. He has successfully placed over 15,000 top-quality candidates from entry-level to executive-level globally.

Prior to Staff CX, he served as Vice President for Global Sales, Solutions and Strategy for VXI Global Solutions. A company he helped launch and grow from start up to over 35,000 employees globally. Armed with decades of sophistication, fueled by passion for people, he founded Staff CX. A company designed to help Customer Experience driven companies increase market shares and improve employee retention while reducing hiring costs an average of 50%.
