We are hiring for a Product Information Coordinator!

Duties:

  • Provide backup support to purchasing activities and key projects
  • Manage new product page and part number creation for our website using information from vendor/supplier websites.
  • Verify accurate part numbers and pricing are assigned to all products on our website
  • Ensure monthly specials are updated every month with correct pricing and product selection
  • Add and maintain accurate item sets and pre-packaged deals on the website
  • Add item codes in SAGE when time permits
  • Support updating ETA’s on products
  • Ensure correct prices are published for products in all distribution channels in all cases where prices are managed manually and not through automated systems.
  • Manage Amazon and eBay product data feed, resolve product rejections, and add/remove products.
  • Address any discrepancies between UPC’s published online and actual codes
  • Verify, gather, and update information on various reports that track the lifecycle of products, including Active items not online, returned items to be activated, out of stock tool, low profit margin reports, and unsellable and discounted items.
  • Records and documents product information process and procedures and updates as changes are needed.
  • Submit IT tickets as needed and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
  • Create used product pages and manage Josh’s basement items 
  • Obtain shipping quotes from preferred forwarders and scheduling pickups as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED);one year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Minimum of two years repairing, modifying and building airguns or firearms.
