The candidate should be expert in installing accessories, fixing and diagnosing compressors, repairing and testing compressor units along with airguns . Duties:

• Answers incoming calls in the Tech queue and emails and provides technical assistance to customers.
• Handles escalated calls or provides assistance requiring more complex issues.
• Installs accessories and kits in accordance with customer orders.
• Performs tests on guns to determine advertised performance specifications.
• Inspects returned merchandise (on the SVC shelf) and takes required action to either return the merchandise to inventory or to the manufacturer.
• Identifies the source or cause of improperly working guns and repairs them to a satisfactory working condition.
• Must be able to fix Compressors
• Must have Small engine knowledge
• Operates grinding and sanding machines to grind and polish metal or plastic parts.
• Assists less experienced Technicians and assists  in the training of new employees.
• Maintains clean, neat, and orderly conditions in all Tech areas, including the shooting range, pellet making and machine areas.
• Adheres to all safety and security standards.

Requirements:

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED);one year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Previous experience in troubleshooting or repairing airguns or firearms required.

Certificates and Licenses: Certificate in gunsmithing or related experience helpful.
