Inbound Sales Representative

As an Inbound Sales Representative for our client, you are passionate about the outdoors, guns and archery. You will provide our customers with an exceptional experience by building a relationship quickly, understanding their needs and wants and recommending the perfect product for them to have unlimited fun.

You will help our customers enjoy the outdoors and sport of airgun shooting & archery through a variety of methods including:

What you will be doing as an inside sales representative:

An inside sales representative will not be making outbound calls. You will answering incoming calls and talking to customers calling in on the phone, answering text messages, chat and social mediaBeing a trusted expert customers can rely on to make great recommendations

Who you are:

• Obsessed with your customers and the products they are calling you about.
• Eager to work with other teams to stay informed about new products and trends.
• Someone who can communicate professionally across a variety of mediums.
• Able to cultivate relationships easily and help customers feel good about their purchase.
• Excited to learn about our products and nuances of the industry.
• Be tech savvy and able to learn new programs such as ERP systems and Zendesk.
• Have a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Highly motivated to be successful in a commissioned sales environment.

You’re qualified if:

• You want a career in sales and have experience selling.
• Are accustomed to selling a huge product catalog.
• Have a passion for airguns or shooting sports (including archery).
• You are proficient with modern software applications such as Sage, Zendesk, VOIP, CRM applications, Gmail and Slack.
• You enjoy being part of a team.
• You are reliable and professional, and can be on-time and available for our customers.
• You have a highschool diploma (and ideally some college or additional learning).
