The Customer Service Representative is a highly valued position within our client’s organization because you are their voice to their organization and clients. It is a key role where you are responsible for driving exceptional Customer Experience, from voice calls, emails, chat and text messaging.

The Details

  • You will become a subject matter expert on our products and services through a robust paid training environment enables you to learn the business, the systems, the policies and, most importantly, how to effectively engage and resolve customer challenges.
  • Respond to inquiries, communicate, and engage with our clients including, emails, phone calls, chat, and social media
  • Build relationships and trust with our customers through open and interactive communication
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
