What you will be doing:

Your job as customer service representatives answering incoming calls and actively listen customers concerns and inquiries about product warranties and basic trouble shooting with a friendly conversation. You will be emphasizing with customers while providing accurate information and guidance.

Who you are:

As a customer service representative you must enjoy talking to people, have a high school diploma or equivalent. must be able to type 25 words per minute and computer literate. Must have good customer service skills, good communication skills and likes helping people.
